When done correctly, carefully pairing the correct wine with your meat enhances the overall taste (and pleasure!) of a well-prepared meal.

Join us at the shop after hours on Friday, November 17th to sample the new wines that we’ve selected for the holiday season and enjoy a short how-to class on pairing wines with beef, pork, chicken and lamb to really shine during the holiday feasts, or just to make the most of any meal.

Our friends Tom Vaughen and Jon Robash from AVA Wines+Spirits will share their experience, expert suggestions, and interesting histories of the various styles and producers.

We will be sampling at least six different wines, together with some delicious hors d’oeuvres and sides prepared by Chef Erick.

This event is limited to 20 participants. Participants must be 21 years of age and possess a valid I.D.
