Corned Beef 101

Want to make the corned beef of your life for St. Patrick’s Day this year? Then this class is for you! Boiled or roasted, we will take you through the steps you need to make your own corned beef from scratch.

This 1.5 hour course covers simple methods of curing (corning) grass fed beef brisket to make this classic recipe, and will address the techniques and equipment needed to complete the process in your home kitchen, including using both boiling and roasting as finishing methods.

This class includes in-class sampling (!) and recipes.

Each participant will take home a piece of “corned” beef brisket (approximately 2lb) to finish at home for a delicious and hearty weekend meal.
