Intro to Sausage Making

This introductory level class will provide hands-on instruction in the art of sause making, including selecting and preparing appropriate meats, blending spices, grinding meat, and stuffing sausages in both natural and collagen casings.

We will focus on using tools and techniques that are appropriate for home sausage making so that you can take what you learn and begin preparing your own delicious sausages.

Each participant will prepare and take home 5lb of sausage.

A light lunch will be served.
