Q: Do I get the same thing every month?

A: No. We do our best to ensure you’re receiving a variety of cuts in your monthly share. Want more      customization? Contact your Kettle Club Coordinator or login to your account and choose from a variety of add-on products.

Q: How will my package arrive?

A: Our meats are hand cut by our expert butchers and flash frozen to preserve freshness. If your share is being delivered to your home, it will arrive by courier carefully packed with dry ice in an insulated container.

Q: How will I be charged for my share?

A: You’ll be charged on the first of every month. We’ll send you an email right before this occurs, so you can make changes or skip a month.

Q: How will I know when I can pick up my share?

A: Pickup dates can be accessed on our website at   KettleRangeMeats.com under the Pick Up and Delivery drop down menu. You will also receive this information in your monthly e-newsletter.
