Grass-fed beef chuck steak slow braised until tender. Pulled and served on flour tortillas with a mild Chile salsa, Chihuahua and Cheddar cheeses, and cilantro. Served with a spicy sweet corn salad and Pinto bean whipped with bacon fat.
