Four generous portions of Heritage Pork Spare Ribs, stewed with sauerkraut, caraway seed and a touch of brown sugar. Includes buttered parsley boiled potatoes.  Cook it in the slow cooker in 7-8 hours, or in an Instantpot or pressure cooker in just 45 minutes! Serves 4-5. $35
