What's Cooking at Kettle Range
We know that our customers lead busy lives and don't always have time to cook, so we're excited to announce that we will be launching a ready-to-heat/ready-to-eat meal program.
Kettle Range's Chef, Rebecca Berkshire is creating an eclectic, daily menu featuring the best of our finest grass fed and pastured meats.
Meal options will change daily. There is a limited number of meals each day, so get them before they sell out!
A grass-fed beef and heritage pork rustic style meatloaf, glazed with barbecue sauce and served with roasted zucchini and cheddar mashed potatoes.
Tomato and chile braised chicken, wrapped in corn tortillas, with mozzarella cheese, and spicy tomato sauce served with Spanish rice and a side of sour cream.
A hearty ragu made from Grass-fed beef, herbs, vegetables, and red wine, tossed with spaghetti pasta and parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread and roasted vegetables.
Pesto Roasted Chicken
Herb rubbed chicken, roasted crispy and served over a bed of rice pilaf, with vegetable salad.

Braised Lamb Gyros
Pita bread stuffed with tender local lamb, including confit lamb neck and braised spare rib meat. Garnished with shaved onion and cucumber-yogurt Tzatziki sauce. With Tabbouleh, a fresh salad made from Bulgur wheat, fresh vegetables and herbs, and lemon vinaigrette
