What's Cooking at Kettle Range

We know that our customers lead busy lives and don't always have time to cook, so we're excited to announce that we will be launching a ready-to-heat/ready-to-eat meal program.

Kettle Range's Chef, Rebecca Berkshire is creating an eclectic, daily menu  featuring the best of our finest grass fed and pastured meats.

Meal options will change daily.  There is a limited number of meals each day, so get them before they sell out!

    • Monday

    • Chef's Meatloaf

      A rustic style meatloaf with grass fed beef glazed with barbecue sauce and served with grilled zucchini and herb roasted potatoes.

    • Tuesday

    • Chipotle Chicken Fajitas

      Roasted chicken marinated with ancho, chipotle, and guajillo peppers. Roasted and served with flour tortillas, bell peppers, onions, sour cream, Monterey Jack, and cheddar cheese. Refried beans served on the side with queso fresco.

    • Wednesday

    • Spaghetti Bolognese

      A hearty ragu made from Grass-fed beef, herbs, vegetables, and red wine, tossed with spaghetti pasta and parmesan cheese. Served with garlic bread and roasted vegetables.

    • Thursday

    • *NEW* Chicken & Sausage Gumbo *NEW*

      A hearty stew made of chicken and KRMC sausage with vegetables and okra. Served with white rice and cornbread.

    • The Weekend (Fri-Sun)

    • Chicken Piccata

      Boneless chicken dredged in flour and sauteed with a tangy lemon butter and caper sauce. Served with parsley boiled red potatoes and vegetables.

      Requires preparation. Feeds 4-5 adults. Meal Kits are made fresh throughout the week and all Meal Kits options may not be in stock at all times. If you are looking for a specific Meal Kit option, please call ahead.

    • Sweet & Sour Pork - Stir Fry

      Heritage pork with a sweet and savory Chinese-style sauce, fresh broccoli and white rice.

    • Split Pea & Ham Hock Soup - Slow Cooker

      Smoked Heritage pork hock braised in broth, wine, and herbs, with vegetables, pearled barley, and split peas.

    • Ginger & Sesame Pork - Stir Fry

      Heritage pork meatballs with spicy ginger and fresh bok choy.
