Dear Kettle Club Subscriber:

These are challenging times for the small, local butchery business.  Here at Kettle Range, we have seen beef prices increase substantially during the previous year, even while our supply of high quality, locally raised meat is shrinking.  And we know our customers are facing the same challenges…

While we work to make sure that Kettle Club subscribers always receive a good deal (we aim for a 10% to 20% discount on our retail prices), it has become increasingly difficult to plan and prepare a Monthly Share that is abundant, that is a value for our customers, and that earns the margin that we need.

At the same time, a number of you have reached out to us with comments or requests that we have been unable to satisfy.

Instead of redesigning or repricing our Monthly Shares immediately, we have decided to put the program on hold for a couple of months while we rethink the Kettle Club share types, contents and overall structure.

We plan to be back in the Fall with a Kettle Club program that is better and more flexible than ever, but in the meantime, all Kettle Club accounts will be suspended and we will not be billing for, or packing, June Kettle Club shares.  Even if you only recently signed up for the Kettle Club, your account has not yet been billed for June (billing takes place at midnight on the first day of the month).
