Two types of Turkeys are available this year:

Heritage Bronze Turkey ($7.95/lb) – This heritage domestic breed is notable for its juicy, rich meat and smaller breast with a darker, more flavorful meat than many modern breeds. Exquisite! Raised for us by our friends at Yuppie Hill Farms in Burlington, Wisconsin. No antibiotics or added hormones.

Classic White Turkey ($4.50/lb) – A classic white meat, large-breasted turkey from our friends at Ferndale Market. Raised sustainably on a third-generation family farm in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. No antibiotics and no added hormones.
