Classic White Broad Breasted Turkey
A classic white meat, large breasted turkey from our friends at Ferndale Market. Raised sustainably on a third-generation family farm in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. No antibiotics and no added hormones.
Heritage Bronze Turkey
This heritage domestic breed is notable for its juicy, rich meat and smaller breast. Exquisitely dark and more flavorful than many modern turkey breeds. Locally raised on pasture in Burlington, Wisconsin.
