Three Turkey options available this year:

Heritage Bronze Turkey ($7.95/lb) – This heritage domestic breed is notable for its juicy, rich meat and smaller breast with a darker, more flavorful meat than many modern breeds. Exquisite! Raised for us by our friends at Yuppie Hill Farms in Burlington, Wisconsin. No antibiotics or added hormones.

Classic White Turkey ($4.50/lb) – A classic white meat, large-breasted turkey from our friends at Ferndale Market. Raised sustainably on a third-generation family farm in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. No antibiotics and no added hormones.

Classic White Turkey Crowns ($5.25/lb) – All-white meat, bone-in turkey breast delivers delicious roast turkey flavor in significantly less cooking time than a whole bird. Whether you prefer lean white meat or want to complement a whole turkey. These come FROZEN and must be thawed for cooking; we recommend a minimum of 24-36hrs for thawing. Raised sustainably on a third-generation family farm in Cannon Falls, Minnesota. No antibiotics or added hormones. Please note, we’re unfortunately not able to Smoke Turkey Crowns.

Your Turkey will be brined and smoked in-house to golden perfection and will be ready to heat-and-eat with no cooking required. Smoked Turkeys are ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP from Monday, Nov 23 through Wednesday, Nov 25.

We remove the backbone and flatten the turkey for quicker, more even cooking. Note that, depending on the size you choose, you may need a large oven/backing sheet.
